Casa Dunia is a large five-bedroom villa that can comfortably accommodate up to eleven people.
This spacious property is located on Rancho San Erick Elite, a large private beach villa complex, which consists of Casa Colibri, Casa Cenzotle, Casa Chic, Studio Perico.
All bedrooms of the villa have large double beds with its own private bathrooms, safe boxes, ceiling fans and air conditioners that work only at night. The main bedroom has an additional sofa that can be used as a single bed upon request.
The spacious common area with sea views, which combines the living room and dining room, can accommodate upto 10 people, meanwhile all will feel comfortable and there will be no shortage of space and places at the table or on the sofas.
The rental price includes the service of a chef for breakfast and dinner. As an option, there is a posibility to pay USD120 every week as an additional cost of any foodstuff and their delivery to the mansion.
If you like to cook and want to manage your own dishes and meales, then a fully equipped kitchen is there for your proper usage.
Trasfer services, tours and excursions are also available upon a request. It is possible to hire additional staff, to organize retreats and special events such as weddings, birthdays, bachelor party etc.
The rental price of this villa is per week in USD in low season, does not include taxes, and may vary in both directions, depending on the period, number of people and time of year.
